Single-Knife System: Unlike traditional three-knife trimmers, the BC330 uses a single knife to trim all three sides of a product, improving efficiency and reducing mechanical complexity. 

Gripper System: Products are automatically positioned for cutting by a gripper system, ensuring precise alignment. 

Hydraulic Cutting: The knife operates hydraulically, allowing adjustment of dwell time at the lower dead center to match the material, providing a gentle yet accurate cut. 

Adjustable Clamping Pressure: The clamping pressure can be infinitely adjusted within a wide range to suit different materials, and multiple products can be stacked and cut simultaneously to increase throughput. 

Ergonomic Touchscreen: An 18.5’’ touchscreen display allows intuitive operation, storage of recurrent cutting sequences, and integration into digital workflows. 

Optional Barcode Reader: For automated program start, a barcode reader can be added, minimizing setup time. 

Visible Workspace: The machine features a large window front for excellent visibility during operation.
