We recently purchased a 2016 Komori 429 from Dixie Reproductions of Tennessee, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.

Brad provided excellent information about the press upfront and guaranteed it would be in good working order upon delivery. When we thought we had a board issue after arrival, Brad immediately stepped up—despite the significant cost, he purchased the replacement board and had it shipped from Japan.

The technician was flown in at Brad’s expense to install the board. Once he arrived, it was discovered that the real problem was simply a crimped wire that had happened during transport. The technician quickly resolved the issue.

All of this clearly shows that Brad is a man of his word who stands behind his promises. I would definitely recommend Dixie Reproductions and Brad to anyone looking for reliable used printing equipment.
